Chairman, CIC Africa (Uganda) LimitedAl Hajj Nnume Yasin Abubaker is the Chairman CIC Africa (Uganda) Limited. He is also the Chairman Board of Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union Ltd, the Chairman Jinja Municipal Council SACCO Ltd, and Head of Internal Audit Department Jinja Municipal Council. Mr. Nnume has over 15 years of both Internal and external auditing and consulting, and active involvement in cooperatives affairs. He is a Board member of Torero Progressive Secondary School. A part time trainer Certified Internal Auditor's Course at the College for Professional Development Kampala. Until 2014 Has been a member of the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Uganda Local Governments Internal Auditors' Association. Formally lectured Accounting, Auditing, Principles of Management, and Business Communication Skills at Uganda College of Commerce Tororo, Namasagali University[now Busitema University] and Busoga University. Mr. Nnume holds a Bachelor of Business Studies [Hons] Majoring in Accounting from the Islamic University in Uganda, Masters in Management Studies majoring in General Management, A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. He has worked under various capacities, some of which include: Parliamentary Reporter for Hansard, District officer, District Commissioner, Under Secretary (Various Central Government Ministries), Deputy Secretary (Retired in 2001), Chairman Mutheka FCS Ltd Since 2014. Mr. Githae is the Interim Director Kenya Co-operative Coffee Exporters ltd. He holds a BA (Hons) Nairobi University and a PGD in Advanced Public Administration (KIA). She is a seasoned educator, with specialization in Primary and Teacher Education. She is the Chairperson of African Confederation of Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA), Treasurer Uganda Co-Operative Savings & Credit Union, Chairperson Mukono Kayunga Teachers’ SACCO, Chairperson UNATU Central Region, Chairperson East African Women Network, President Primary Head teachers Association Mukono for 12 Years, Vice Chairperson Uganda Primary Head teachers Association, Member Board of Governors of two Catholic Schools, Secretary to Naggalama Parish Catholic Pastoral Council, In Charge CARITAS Lugazi Diocese. She has specialization in Education Administration and Planning, Policy, Planning and Advocacy, including in Financial Management of Income Generating Activities. She has had numerous exposures in organizational Psychology through experience, training, conferences and symposia both locally & internationally. Ms. Nabuyungo holds a Bachelors of Education - Makerere University, Diploma in Education - Nagongera National Teachers’ College, Grade III Certificate - Buwalasi T.T.C, Grade II Certificate - Sancta Maria Primary Education.Director CIC Africa (Uganda) LimitedMr. Msemakweli is a Director for CIC Africa (Uganda) Limited. He is the General Secretary and Chief Executive of Uganda Cooperative Alliance (UCA), responsible for among many other things, advocacy and representing the cooperative movement locally, regionally and internationally, searching for new ideas and introducing them into the cooperative movement, initiating and carrying out needed reforms and undertaking re-structuring work. He has served in various capacities including the Team Leader, Study on Stimulating Regional Trade, Diversification and Farm Processing through Farmers’ Organizations in Eastern Africa. Secretary to the Steering Committee on Cooperative Policy in Uganda, Member of the Advisory Board, the Warehousing Receipt System in Uganda, Member of the taskforce, Warehousing Receipt and Commodity Exchange, Plan for the Modernization of Agriculture PMA, 2003. He was a member of the Steering Committee set up by the Vice President of Uganda to revive the National Economy in 2003. Mr. Msemakweli holds a B.A (Economics) Upper Second Class at Makerere University, M.Sc. (Agric. Econ) at University of Nairobi. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Uganda Cooperative Savings and Credit Union. He has got a wealth of experience in Research Methodologies, Product Development, Financial analysis and on spot Technical Assistance and Mentoring to SACCOs and microfinance. Mr. Ndiroramukama has got hands on experience in project management and reporting skills, negotiation and communication skills, accounting and financial management skills. Mr. Ndiroramukama has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from Makerere University, Diploma in Microfinance from Uganda Institute of Bankers, Higher Diploma in Marketing from Uganda College of commerce Aduku, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (PGD-PPM) from Uganda Management Institute. He is a Certified Public Accountant of ICPAU. He served as Senior staff at Uganda Commercial Bank (1988 - 2002), Manager Mobile Sales Stanbic Bank Uganda (2002- 2005), Group Schemes Manager Stanbic Bank Uganda (2005-2008), Head of Sales/ Country Sales Manager Stanbic Bank Uganda where he grew the customer base of the bank by acquisition of more than 100,000 new customers 2008- 2011, Head Work Place Banking 2012, Head Communications Department 2013 to present. He has served as Chairman of Uganda Bankers SACCO since 2010 having earlier served as chairman of the same society for period of 6 years. He is a licensed trustee of Stanbic Bank Employees Pension Fund which is regulated by Uganda Pension Regulatory Authority (UBRA) since 2010. Mugisha has a Bachelor Degree of Arts Social Science from Makerere University. He is the former Chairperson of Uganda Cooperative Alliance (UCA), a position he held for several years. He has served for over 20 years on the Boards of various cooperative societies, and he is a model farmer in Kasese District, serving as the Vice chairman of Mount Rwenzori Coffee Farmers Co-op Union. He is also on the Board of Bwesumbu Peas high school, and the Chairman Electoral Commission, Rwenzori mountaineering Services Limited with a membership of over 2000 Mr. Tibamwenda has a Diploma in environmental protection from Makerere International School of Environmental Education.Director CIC Africa (Uganda) LimitedMs. Odongo is the Group Company Secretary/ Chief Legal Services of CIC Group. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a Bachelor of Laws (“LLB”) Degree from the University of Liverpool and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Salford University in the United Kingdom. Ms. Odongo is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS - K). She holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and has 13 years of experience in various capacities and industries ranging from audit, banking and finance, insurance and legal. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors Kenya.
