Step 2: Input your ID Number
Step 3: Select option 1 Enter PIN to login in. (NB: If can’t recall your PIN proceed with option 3 Forgot PIN).
Step 4: Select option 2 Active Policies.
Step 5: Select the option of preferred policy
Step 6: Select option -Pay premiums.
Step 7: Enter Outstanding amount to pay for.
Step 8: Reply with 1 to confirm.
Step 9: Input MPESA PIN and press okay to successfully complete transaction.
